A picture showing the scenic beauty of the Broadford area

Welcome to the Broadford Bay Trail

Broadford Bay is a stunning coastal area of both natural and cultural significance found in the south of the Isle of Skye.

We have created a trail between the New Pier in Broadford and St Maol Rubha’s Well in Ashaig which highlights the sites and stories that have shaped Broadford into what it is today. A website and android phone app allows you to explore some of the sites either remotely or within the beautiful landscape itself.

So whether you are a visitor or a local, you will be amazed by what you will learn about this very special place.
